RESEARCH INTEREST

My research interests focus on the overlap between organizational behavior and performance, with particular attention to trust, culture, leadership, and performance. In this area, I have carried out research in private organizations with a focus on human performance and marketing performance, and in critical action organizations that operate in extreme contexts.

  • Senior Research Professor of Organizational Behavior at the Brazilian School of Public and Business Administration (EBAPE)/Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV), Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. (since 2010).
  • Extensive Experience as Executive Program Director (Design, Development & Commercialization) for Latam, Spain and US, for executives in both the public and private sectors. Program Director of CIM – Corporate International Masters (Georgetown University/ESADE/FGV 2011-2016). Program Director of Global MBA (University of Manchester/FGV 2017-2018). Program Director of Executive Master Program, EBAPE/FGV. (2010-2014). 
  • Extensive Consulting Experience in Leadership and Corporate Culture Programs with clients in both the public and private sectors. Organizational Assessment of the Strategic Intangible Assets.
